The mutton rack is an impressive, easy to cook and highly tender cut. It is also easy to achieve perfectly crispy skin and melt in the mouth texture. An excellent centrepiece to stun your guests. Ideally roasted or grilled.

How much should I get? 600g is a good portion for 2 people.

All our mutton is grass fed and raised in a stress free environment.
